Chapter—Your day
1

Open the app in the morning and you know what the day looks like.

At the top is a card with the client who is next or already in the chair, and a ring showing how much time is left. Below it: number of bookings, what you've made today and how many requests are waiting for an answer.

  • Light or dark theme, whichever you prefer
  • A monthly goal card, if you set one
  • A reminder about clients' birthdays this week
  • Swipe left or right to move to the next day

Chapter—Schedule
2

Your schedule by day and by week.

Appointments are grouped by part of the day. A red line shows the current time, and the appointment in progress also sits up top in a small black bar. Switch to the week view to see the whole week.

  • Every staff member has their own colour and schedule
  • Press and hold an appointment for a quick menu
  • A "no-show" label for clients who didn't turn up
  • Works offline too and shows the last loaded data

The client books, you just accept.

Requests from your booking page land under the bell. Hold the tick to accept or the X to decline, and the client gets an SMS straight away. Bookings made over the phone take a few seconds to add.

  • You can let bookings be accepted automatically
  • Quick entry: "Ana tomorrow 10am haircut"
  • Only free times are offered, so nothing overlaps
  • A push notification as soon as a new request arrives

Everything about one appointment in one place.

Tap an appointment to see who is coming, the service, how long it takes and what it costs. From there you can call the client, message them on WhatsApp or by SMS, move the appointment, or book the same thing again in a few weeks.

  • Showed up / no-show with one tap
  • Send the client a link to rate the visit
  • A note on the appointment
  • Clients can cancel through the link in their SMS
Everything about one appointment in one place.
Chapter—Clients
5

A client list that builds itself.

Everyone who books goes into your list, with number of visits and how much they've spent. Regulars get a label, and you can add a birthday so the app reminds you a week before.

  • Search by name or number
  • Block a number that books and never shows up
  • "Win back": who hasn't been in for 6+ weeks, with a message ready to send
  • A client card with all their visits

Chapter—Money

What you've earned, without doing the maths.

  • Any period you choose
  • Revenue by service
  • No-shows aren't counted as income
  • Your currency (RSD, EUR, KM…)
What you've earned, without doing the maths.
Chapter—New
7

When the day is full, and when the client is happy.

When there's no room, clients can join the waitlist for that day. If someone cancels, you message them. After the visit you can send a link to rate it, and you decide which reviews appear on your page.

  • Waitlist by day and by staff member
  • Automatic SMS when a slot frees up (Premium)
  • Client ratings and comments
  • You choose whether reviews are shown

Chapter—For clients
8

The link you send to clients.

You get an address like ress.rs/your-salon. Put it on Instagram, Viber or a QR code on the door. The client picks a service, a staff member and a free time, enters a name and phone number and sends the request. Nothing to install.

  • Your name, logo, colour and background
  • Returning clients book "same as last time"
  • When a day is full, the next free day is suggested
  • A confirmation they can add to their phone's calendar
  • Serbian and English
